Alternative & Augmentative Communication (AAC)

AAC gives a voice to people who otherwise do not have a way of expressing themselves with understanding to others; AAC Systems are methods of communication used to supplement or replace spoken or written language, ex. speech generating device (voice output), picture-based reference book, a specific app on a phone, etc.
