Empower Up NAS Scotland Programme

The Empower Up programme is available to autistic young people between the ages of 16 and 19 years in Highland. A diagnosis is not required. Taking place online over the course of 8 weeks, it aims to support autistic young people to develop greater confidence, self-esteem, and social skills, so that they can play a more active role in realising their potential and to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing. The programme is funded by Young Start.
