A-ND: Outreach

A-ND provides outreach support Highland-wide, as well as in Moray, and in Aberdeen. The age range of those they support is 4yrs-70yrs. Direct support is provided within the home, local community and places of education or employment or at one of their bases, mainly on a one-to-one basis and decided by the personal plan, co-designed and agreed by the individual and the team. Where required and wanted, they will also work with family members and any one else who is important to the individual who is getting support.
Diagnosis is not necessary to use or access any of their services.
